Job summary

T-ROC is hiring a Territory Field Lead in Omaha, NE to support growth across the assigned territory, coordinating with Agent store leaders and regional/HQ directors to ensure KPI success, brand alignment and readiness for launches.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales with client-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the territory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across your territory to help improve revenue and profit.
• Work with Agent store leaders and sync directly with regional and HQ directors—serving as the vital link that implements daily KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.
• This role is the primary field sales enablement for our Indirect Agent channel, supporting a dedicated field territory to implement tactical plans that drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
