Job summary

All Roads in Cranberry Township seeks a Full Line Territory Sales Representative to sell Vermeer equipment and rental solutions. This field-based role requires prospecting, relationship building, and hands-on demonstrations at customer sites.

You’ll travel daily, manage key accounts, and guide customers from initial contact to closing, with base pay plus uncapped commission and benefits. Flexible schedule and company-provided tools support success.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and manage account activity within assigned territory
• Facilitate the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Load, transport, and operate compact equipment for demonstrations
• Sell and rent new and used compact equipment lines, including brush chippers, stump cutters, mini skid steers, trenchers, and attachments
• Sell and rent new and used boring equipment (navigators, vac trucks, vac trailers)
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions while monitoring market conditions and competitor pricing
• Track sales activity in CRM (Salesforce)
• Manage key accounts, including owners, managers, and field personnel
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Work independently and remotely, traveling to customer sites daily
