All Roads is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of Vermeer full-line equipment across the Cranberry region and surrounding markets. You will prospect, demonstrate equipment on-site, and manage the full sales cycle, including rental options, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL a plus.
• DOT medical card obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and manage territory activity.
• Facilitate full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Load, transport, and operate compact equipment for demonstrations.
• Sell and rent new and used compact equipment lines with attachments.
• Sell and rent new/used boring equipment.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions while monitoring market conditions.
• Track sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
• Manage key accounts including owners, managers, and field personnel.
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after sale.
• Work independently and travel to customer sites daily.
