Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the Oregon territory. You will visit stores, uphold brand and execution standards, and ensure alignment with company expectations.

You will build strong relationships with store teams, capture display photos, and document execution using provided tools. The role requires travel, physical activity, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage, capture display photos, and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Assist with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
