Job summary

You will provide hands-on support to merchandisers and order writers across the territory, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Commitment to safe operation and adherence to company vehicle policies.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing standards; document execution with photos.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring visibility and RTM plan compliance.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM to ensure coverage.
• Travel across assigned markets as required and assist with seasonal transitions.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement within the organization.
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle policies while performing duties.
