Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will ensure execution excellence, uphold brand standards, and align store teams with company expectations.

This role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, 1–3 years retail experience, ability to lift up to 25 lbs., and willingness to travel, including weekends. The position offers a competitive base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 18+ with valid driver’s license; travel may be required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., and move product as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams and reinforce company standards.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution through required systems.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brand products.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
