Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a dynamic field sales professional based in Greensboro, NC. You will spend most of your time traveling the territory, meeting automotive businesses, recyclers, scrap yards, and industrial suppliers to build relationships and expand AIM's supplier network.

You will blend business development, face-to-face relationship building, material inspection, and hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive, recycling, transportation or related industries.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout territory to meet automotive businesses, recyclers, scrap yards and suppliers.
• Develop relationships and grow AIM's supplier network.
• Negotiate with suppliers and prepare timely bids based on material value.
• Evaluate catalytic converters and conduct negotiations on-site to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for efficient material transportation.

Skills

Valid driver's license
