Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Manager (Facility Solutions Manager) for our Indianapolis franchise. You will cultivate long-term client relationships, manage contractor/vendor relations, and oversee service delivery in the North/West territory.

The role emphasizes retention, negotiations, and ensuring the client’s strategy is executed with compliant contractors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years sales and management in building maintenance, facility management, or equivalent.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Positive and outgoing; strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication.
• Route-based experience is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database.
• Must have reliable transportation and active insurance.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and drive retention across the assigned territory.
• Oversee contractor relations, compliance, and scheduling; participate in monthly paydays.
• Negotiate service agreements including pricing, staffing, and logistics.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to statements of work.
• Supervise Account Compliance Managers to execute client strategy.
• Maintain updated client documents and records.
• Communicate issues to contractors and implement corrective plans.
• Coordinate with accounting for discrepancies in client accounts.
• Utilize City Wide CRM to document inspections and charges.
