Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Account Manager to run a book of commercial facility management accounts, visiting client properties and growing services. You will lead a night manager and a network of contractors, and ensure every scope is delivered while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced, schedule-driven role.

You move quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and drive results through problem solving, with base salary plus commission and bonuses tied to client

Qualifications

• Experience in leading staff and coordinating a network of vendors.
• Self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
• Account management, route sales, or service sales experience, or equivalent.
• Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Run your territory and own the results by visiting client properties in person.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow and by selling extra services.
• Direct your night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable for deliverables.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure each scope is delivered on time and to spec.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a commercial facility management book.
