Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Facilities Account Manager to run a book of commercial facilities accounts, nurturing relationships and growing services. The role blends field client visits with office-based administration, requiring pace, multitasking, and accountability for service delivery.

You will lead a night manager and a network of contractors, driving growth across multiple services while maintaining a high standard of client engagement and execution.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
• A self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
• Account management, route sales, or service sales experience, or equivalent.
• Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Run your territory and own the results.
• Visit client properties in person so every client sees you.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
• Sell and manage extra services to grow each account.
• Direct your night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable.
