Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in northeast Iowa is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow equipment sales. You will cover multiple counties, build relationships with farmers and municipalities, and tailor equipment solutions to customer needs.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday mornings, health insurance, and Safe Harbor 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in equipment, agricultural, construction, industrial, B2B, or B2C sales preferred.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.
• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable learning to operate heavy equipment for customer demonstrations.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors during demonstrations.
• Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a multi-county sales territory throughout northeast Iowa.
• Prospect new business and develop relationships with farmers, contractors, municipalities, and acreage owners.
• Meet with customers to understand equipment needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field and at the dealership.
• Follow up on showroom leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Represent a respected agricultural and construction equipment dealership in your assigned territory.
