Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside B2B sales experience required.
• Experience in construction, technology, AV, home services, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and develop new business.
• Strong proposal development and quoting experience.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, business owners, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activities and opportunities within company systems.
• Travel within the assigned territory.
