ProSight Talent is partnering with a Northwest Ohio dealership to hire a Territory Sales Manager specializing in agricultural and construction equipment. This outside-sales role focuses on farming and farm-site/customer visits.

You will own a defined territory, build relationships, demonstrate equipment, and coordinate trade-ins, financing, and service plans while traveling throughout the territory. A base plus commission structure with a $90k guarantee in the first six months and an $8,500

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of professional sales experience in equipment, agriculture, or related B2B field.
• Hands-on agricultural background through farming, agribusiness or related experience.
• Ability to discuss equipment applications and field realities with customers.
• Working knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment and basic mechanical concepts.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage an independent field schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel the full territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership CRM/inventory systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business with farmers, agribusinesses, contractors, municipalities, and commercial customers.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct farm and job-site visits to identify equipment needs and propose solutions.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations and communicate product capabilities and total cost of ownership.
• Structure complete equipment packages including trade-ins, financing, attachments, and service plans.
• Manage quotes, activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline in the dealership CRM.
• Represent the dealership at farm shows and regional events.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure a top customer experience before, during, and after sale.
• Stay informed on competitive activity and market trends in the territory.
