Qualifications

• 2–4 years outside sales or related HVAC/property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
• Retain and renew maintenance agreements; improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
• Conduct sales planning and needs assessment for territory targeting.
• Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
• Provide accurate forecasting in the CRM.
