Job summary

The Blood Connection in Lexington, SC seeks an Account Manager in the Donor Resources Department. You will manage existing blood drive accounts, maximize production, recruit new accounts, and coordinate with management to meet collection goals while building strong territory relationships.

You will provide support to blood drive coordinators through proactive planning, marketing tools, donor appointment management, and timely follow-up to ensure donor participation and program success.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Outside sales and/or marketing experience 2 years preferred.
• Public speaking ability to present to diverse groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to recruit and manage sponsor groups to hit territory goals.
• Establish blood drive projections aligned with resources and needs.
• Develop potential sponsor leads and drive recruitment tactics ahead of drive dates.
• Coordinate with sponsor groups to teach donor recruitment and emphasize goal attainment.
• Provide superior customer service to blood donors, groups, and internal/external customers.
