Job summary

Candid is seeking an Associate Account Executive to cover Northern New Jersey and Westchester County. You will build relationships with dental practices, develop new business opportunities, and help practices adopt Candid’s telehealth orthodontic solutions.

You will operate in a fast-paced, field-based environment where you’ll own your pipeline, collaborate with senior Account Executives, and travel within the territory to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional sales experience; dental/orthodontic background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Development: identify high-potential dental practices and build a robust pipeline; engage prospects and convert to signed accounts; build relationships with dentists and practice decision-makers.
• Sales Support & Presentations: assist with presentations, visits, product demos, and follow-up; educate clients as product expert; maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce.
• Launch & Grow New Accounts: onboard and train new practices; support in-practice training; monitor activity and drive adoption; coordinate local events to grow engagement.
• Market Awareness & Product Knowledge: deepen knowledge of products and industry; participate in internal training; stay informed on market trends.
