Job summary

Candid seeks a driven Associate Account Executive to join our Tennessee-based field sales team. You will identify high-potential dental practices, develop a strong pipeline, and partner with Account Executives to drive adoption of Candid’s telehealth dental solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product expertise, and territory management, with a focus on delivering measurable results while supporting onboarding and growth of new accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Daily field travel, with the potential of overnight travel.
• Overnight travel for team events 4-6 times a year.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices and build a robust pipeline in the Tennessee territory.
• Support sales presentations, practice visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up.
• Educate clients on Candid products and confidently answer questions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information in Salesforce.
