Job summary

Candid is hiring an Associate Account Executive to expand our presence in the Northern New Jersey and Westchester County region. You will build a high-velocity pipeline, engage dental practices, and help them adopt Candid’s telehealth dental solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, travel in the field, and learn from a team focused on rapid growth, performance, and a strong customer experience. This role offers base pay plus commissions and equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Daily field travel with overnight travel 4-6x/year.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead development to build a robust pipeline in the territory.
• Support with sales presentations, product demos, and follow-up; educate clients on products.
