Job summary

Candid is expanding access to clear aligner solutions by hiring an Associate Account Executive for the NYC territory. You will drive the sales process from lead generation to onboarding, collaborating with Account Executives and internal teams to build relationships with dental practices and coordinate presentations.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 30–40% overnight.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the region (~30–40% overnight travel).
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Development: Research and identify prospective dental practices that align with our target market.
• Sales Support & Presentations: Help organize and conduct in-practice trainings for dental teams; provide product information and respond to client questions.
