Job summary

Candid Care Co is seeking an energetic Associate Account Executive for the Northern Los Angeles territory. This field-based role involves building relationships with dental practices, creating new business opportunities, and guiding them through adoption of Candid’s telehealth dental solutions.

You’ll develop your pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with senior Account Executives to grow coverage in a dynamic, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Daily field travel with overnight travel 4-6x/year.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Development: identify high-potential dental practices and build a robust pipeline.
• Support with sales presentations, visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Serve as product expert; educate clients and answer questions confidently.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information in Salesforce.
• Launch & Grow New Accounts: onboard new practices and train teams for adoption.
• Develop market awareness and product knowledge; stay updated on industry trends.
