Job summary

Sales Talent, Inc. is recruiting for a high-performing field sales role with a global dental equipment manufacturer.

You will sell the full portfolio—chairs, operatory units, 2D/3D imaging, CBCT, and sterilization—through an established dealer network anchored by a top national distributor. You will run joint calls, build relationships with private and group practices and DSOs, manage multi-month deals, and travel 50%+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales in dental sales.
• Experience selling through distributors or dealer networks.
• Existing relationships with major dental dealers or DSOs is a big plus.
• Dental imaging, CBCT, or digital workflow experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable with 50%+ travel, typically 2-3 nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Run joint calls and live demos with dealer reps, and take deals from qualification through close.
• Build direct relationships with private practices, group practices, DSOs, and specialty accounts.
• Work deals that range from a few days to 12 months, on a quota of about $1.5M.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, plus an annual training trip to Italy.
