Straumann Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable sales growth across a defined region in the United States. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities with dental professionals, and partner with marketing to execute launch plans.

You will leverage your sales acumen, presentation skills, and consultative approach to build lasting relationships, while navigating a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth markets.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Customers: Build genuine relationships with dental professionals and tailor solutions across Straumann’s product lines.
• Take Ownership: Drive profitable sales growth and maximize revenue within the defined territory.
• Create Opportunities: Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with dentists and dental labs in the territory.
• Collaborate: Partner with Product Marketing to support marketing launches and sales objectives.
• Engage: Use education events to develop customers and build brand loyalty.
• Be Agile: Adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions; use SAP CRM to plan activities.
• Communicate Effectively: Share complex clinical and product information clearly and persuasively.
• Build Trust: Maintain integrity and professional conduct at all times.
