Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary Point of Contact for all service orders.
• Balance customer and company needs.
• Promote company marketing programs and information.
• Engage in community involvement within the territory.
• Process issues with timely investigation and documentation.
• Provide service reliability and power quality explanations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and engineering teams as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with customers.
