Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Engineering, Management or other Human Relations or Marketing related field, with a minimum of 2 years customer contact experience.
• Associate degree in a study listed above with a minimum of 4 years customer contact experience.
• HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years customer contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management - Primary Point of Contact for all service orders; balance customer and company needs.
• Problem Solving and Initiative - investigate, resolve and document customer service issues; guide customers to solutions.
• Communication Skills - professional appearance and strong oral/written communication; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Technical Expertise - knowledge of distribution electrical system; provide service reliability and power quality explanations.
