Job summary

R&D Brewing seeks a driven Sales Representative to promote the R&D brand and achieve target distribution in the Northern Kentucky market. You will cultivate accounts, schedule events, and support promotions to grow both brand and sales.

The role requires self-motivation, beer industry knowledge, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. A reliable car, valid license, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside beer sales experience
• 2-year college degree required; 4-year degree preferred
• Professional and responsible representation of the brand
• Evenings/nights availability as needed
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and retail customers
• Proficient computer skills (Office, Gmail, calendars, Drive)
• Excellent oral, written, and analytical communication
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car

Responsibilities

• Develop key customers in the territory and grow sales and distribution
• Maintain and grow current account relationships
• Create and schedule events to grow the brand and sales
• Promote and participate in promotions, tastings, and events
• Gather market feedback to advance brand goals
• Conduct brand training with retailers and consumers
• Handle administrative tasks (expense reports, calendars)
• Assist at special events and festivals in the territory
