Job summary

Land-Grant Brewing Company is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our regional beer business with on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will cultivate relationships, secure placements, and manage weekly sales activities to ensure our products are well-presented and profitable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• 1–3 years of beverage, consumer packaged goods, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Passion for craft beverages and knowledge of the beer industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners.
• Prospect and secure new on-premise and off-premise placements.
• Execute weekly sales calls and maintain an organized account schedule.
• Present new products, seasonal offerings, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Merchandise retail shelves, coolers, and displays to maximize brand visibility.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials and promotional displays.
• Work collaboratively with operations, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Represent Land-Grant Brewing at festivals, tasting events, account promotions, etc.
