Job summary

R&D Brewing is seeking a Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC to promote sales, support the R&D brand, and meet distribution and volume targets in the assigned territory.

You will develop key customers, nurture relationships, and organize events and promotions to grow brand presence. The role requires craft beer knowledge, self-motivation, and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside beer sales experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Evenings/nights availability as needed.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customers within the territory and grow distribution.
• Maintain and grow current account relationships within the territory.
• Create and schedule events to grow brand and sales.
• Participate in promotions, tastings, and events including evenings/weekends.
• Gather market feedback to push brand toward goals.
• Provide ongoing beer training to retailers and consumers.
• Handle administrative tasks as assigned.
