Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative to grow the Western WA territory by developing relationships with contractors, builders and architects. The role is ideal for a new grad or junior salesperson and includes a two-year training plan to prepare for full Territory Sales responsibilities.

You will engage stakeholders, drive demand, and represent IKOs product programs while spending significant time meeting customers and presenting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management or Marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proven closing ability.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing new and existing contractor/builder relationships.
• Cultivate customer base through loyalty programs and service excellence.
• Increase IKO specifications with architects, project managers, and consultants.
• Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory goals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and educate customers on IKOs performance products.
• Travel to call on contractors, builders and architects as needed.
