Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred OR 5 years construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining a sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, lead generation, customer presentations, solution development in presales.
• Guide customers through early buying stages and coordinate with internal teams.
• Post-sale project management, ensuring a seamless customer experience through completion.
