Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Sales Representative to build and manage relationships with customers in the Wood Coatings segment. You will develop territory plans, secure new accounts, and perform product demonstrations and competitive comparisons to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year coatings experience.
• Must have at least one year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a vision test.
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test.
• Must be proficient with Office programs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales budget.
• Increase gallon growth and grow opportunity account sales.
• Collect reliable customer/territory information and estimate potential.
• Conduct product demos and competitive testing.
• Develop territory strategy and target customers.
• Identify leads and follow through.
• Provide product troubleshooting and post-sale support.
