Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Site Technical Services Representative to provide on-site product and application support. You will answer technical questions, coordinate with sales and operations, and troubleshoot issues at customer facilities.

The role requires coatings experience, CRM familiarity, and a valid driver's license with travel up to 10%. Training customers on color matching equipment is part of the duties: you will collaborate across R&D, Sales, and Field teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 1 year coatings experience and CRM familiarity required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Proficient with common Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide product and application support onsite, answering technical questions.
• Coordinate service needs between technical, sales, and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot product quality issues and refer as needed for resolution.
• Train customers on color matching equipment and color development.
• Maintain records of technical service issues and follow up via reports.
