Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Sales Representative to grow a Residential Repaint sales territory and manage wholesale accounts. You will use professional tools for pre-call planning, document sales calls, and develop a territory market strategy, including product demonstrations and competitive comparisons.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service
• Ability to work evenings/weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to grow sales and profits with key and new customers
• Build relationships by understanding and supporting customer business
• Conduct product demonstrations for solutions
• Coordinate with stores to meet business goals
• Generate leads and assist with pricing for quotes and promotions
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Deliver sales presentations to clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Promote company programs and prepare contracts
• Visit clients to assess needs and promote products
• Maintain client records and respond to inquiries about terms and prices
