Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Closet products to grow our local business region. The role covers managing day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers as well as woodworkers in your territory.

You will conduct consultative sales discussions in person and virtually, build lasting relationships, and use CRM and Microsoft Office to plan calls, track activity, and respond to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within building materials or construction.
• Knowledge of closet storage solutions and product offerings preferred.
• Eager to learn with a drive to achieve sales growth.
• Experience in building materials, cabinetry, closets, millwork preferred.
• Highly motivated, able to self-direct and plan time and responsibilities.
• Able to learn and use CRM to track activity, plan calls and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Grow local business region by managing relationships with cabinet/furniture manufacturers and woodworkers.
• Engage in consultative sales discussions in person and virtually.
