Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Clinical Sales Leader to develop and manage specialty sales within a defined territory. You will establish strategic plans to expand the customer base and contribute to training and education programs for clients and the sales team.

You will develop high-level clinical relationships with IDN/PV deals and hold the clinical sales team accountable for pipeline management and targeted programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of clinical sales experience OR at least 7 years of clinical sales experience.
• At least 1 year of field trainer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Develop high-level clinical relationships with IDNs/PV deals and support training programs for clients and sales teams.
• Drive sales oversight with pricing accuracy, records, and effective proposal/presentation support.
• Develop and lead the clinical sales team to improve pipeline management and activity performance.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, communications, expenses, and compliance.
• Oversee staff and operations, hiring, performance reviews, and policy implementation.
