Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a senior clinical sales leader to manage the development and performance of specialty sales activities in the designated territory. You will establish plans to expand the customer base and contribute to training programs for clients and sales teams.

Build high-level clinical relationships with leadership within IDNs/PV deals and be a trusted clinical SME in the territory. You will drive medline brand strategy, lead cross-functional collaboration in a complex

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of clinical sales experience or 7+ years of clinical sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to identify, connect with, build consensus and close new business.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM software.

Responsibilities

Plan and target opportunities strategically.
Launch processes for targeting and accountability for customer system integration.
Develop business plans and sales strategies to drive Medline brand and AGM growth.
Penetrate new markets by initiating and coordinating action plans.
Develop key relationships within targeted IDNs/PV deals.
