Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a seasoned Clinical Sales Leader to manage specialty sales across a defined territory. You will build high-level clinical relationships, develop strategic plans, and drive Medline brand and AGM growth through targeted initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes pipeline discipline, accurate pricing, and leadership of the sales team. Travel within state and out-of-state is required as part of delivering superior client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of clinical sales experience.
• Proven ability to identify, connect with, build consensus and close new business.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Communication skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic sales activities to grow Medline brand sales.
• Develop high-level clinical relationships with IDNs/PV deals and clinical leadership.
• Drive sales performance with pipeline and opportunity management.
• Oversee pricing accuracy and profitability on pricing requests and proposals.
• Develop and train sales team through CRM-driven accountability.
