Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions seeks a Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success in collision repair facilities and dealerships. You will provide proactive onsite and remote support, deliver product education, and drive adoption of updates while identifying new opportunities to grow revenue within your territory.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, 75% travel, and deep knowledge of collision repair operations.

Qualifications

• College Degree Preferred
• 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
• Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% overnight or more)
• Location: Des Moines, IA & the Quad Cities area including Moline, IL, Davenport, IA
• Deep Knowledge of collision repair and dealership operations
• Strong work ethic and energy
• Strategic thinker who acts with integrity and customer focus
• Confident decision maker and relationship builder

Responsibilities

• Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers.
• Training and onboarding: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates.
• Territory growth: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue.
• Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution.
• Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements.
• Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory.
