Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment.
• Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of collision repair and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular onsite and remote support to body shops and dealers.
• Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools.
• Identify new opportunities to boost revenue.
• Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s solution.
• Use performance reporting to support customer success stories.
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams.
