CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Client Solutions Advisor in Des Moines, IA area with remote capability and heavy travel.

You will drive customer success and product adoption for repair facilities and dealerships, delivering proactive support and training to maximize tool usage and business impact. You will engage clients on-site and remotely, identify opportunities for upsell, and work with sales/implementation teams to ensure sustained value and customer satisfaction throughout the

• 1 - 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% overnight or more)
• College Degree Preferred

$62,623.97 - $80,000.00

The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Solutions Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our customers. Your mission? Help them achieve their business goals by making the most of our solutions. You will do this through:

• Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers.

Requirements:

• College Degree Preferred
• 1 - 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
• Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% overnight or more)
• Location: Des Moines, IA & the Quad Cities area including Moline, IL, Davenport, IA
