Job summary

Servpro of Henderson, Webster, Union, McLean and Crittenden Counties is hiring a Business Development Representative to increase brand awareness and drive revenue in the Henderson area. You will manage client databases, visit partners, and participate in local associations and trade shows to grow the SERVPRO story and service footprint.

The role requires a minimum of two years in direct sales, a marketing/business background, and the ability to work with CRM tools and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent preferred.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration or insurance industry preferred.
• Proven track record in the service sector.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand SERVPRO advantages and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Promote and sell franchise services in territory to meet sales goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with contacts in the sales territory.
• Develop customers by regularly calling to build relationships and educate why SERVPRO is best.
• Increase brand awareness through marketing events and CE classes.
• Utilize CRM to document daily marketing calls and track leads and opportunities.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for the territory.
• Identify new prospects to grow the customer base.
