SERVPRO of South Orange County is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive referral growth, territory expansion, and new business generation across South Orange County. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on building relationships with decision-makers and growing revenue for restoration services.

You will manage a territory with no direct reports, travel regularly, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs from referral to service delivery.

Formación

• At least three years of business development or outside sales experience.
• Proven success generating referrals, developing accounts, and meeting sales goals.
• Strong understanding of restoration services and needs of insurance and property management partners.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout South Orange County for meetings and site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow referral sources, strengthen existing accounts, and achieve revenue goals.
• Build relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, facility managers, plumbers, contractors, and business owners.
• Conduct consistent prospecting through in-person visits, phone calls, meetings, and targeted follow-up.
• Identify new business opportunities, present SERVPRO services, and ask for referrals.
• Represent the company at professional associations, networking events, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, including contacts, activity, opportunities, and next steps.
• Provide ownership and management with regular updates on account development, referral activity, and territory revenue.
• Collaborate with operations to communicate customer needs and support a smooth handoff from referral to service delivery.
