Certus Home Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and grow a protected territory with a company vehicle and structured training. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to service kickoff, earning uncapped commissions and rewards based on performance.

Your role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and delivering customized proposals to homeowners and businesses, with a proven sales process and opportunities for advancement in a growing home services

Competenze

Territory ownership with a built pipeline and self-driven sales mindset.
Track numbers and meet sales targets.
Ability to close deals and move them to signed contracts.
Pass background check and drug screening; valid driver's license with 5+ years driving.
