The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager in Suffolk, VA to manage and grow blood drive accounts within the Donor Resources Department. The role focuses on maximizing production, securing new accounts, and efficiently utilizing corporate resources while building strong territory relationships.

Essential duties include recruiting sponsor groups, projecting drive needs, developing leads, and coordinating donor recruitment campaigns with a strong emphasis on customer service

Formación

• Two years of outside sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Public Speaking ability to sell The Blood Connection to community groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute strategies to recruit, retain, and manage sponsor groups to achieve territory blood collection goals.
• Establish blood drive projections aligned with resources and needs.
• Develop potential sponsor leads and coordinate recruitment tactics in advance of drives.
• Provide superior customer service to blood donors, donor groups, and stakeholders.
• Organize meetings with sponsor contacts to educate on blood drives and recruitment techniques.
