Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated in Augusta, GA is seeking an Account Manager to lead donor resources in a defined territory. You will manage existing blood drive accounts, maximize yields, recruit new sponsors, and coordinate campaigns with the Donor Resources Department to meet collection goals.

Responsibilities include planning, donor appointment management, delivering customer service to sponsors and donors, and representing The Blood Connection at community events to promote blood drives

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and audiences.
• Outside sales/marketing experience preferred or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to recruit, retain, and manage sponsor groups to achieve territory blood collection goals.
• Establishes blood drive projections in line with Divisional resources and needs.
• Develop potential sponsor leads and strategize recruitment tactics.
• Coordinate with sponsor groups and drive planning to maximize donor participation and drive success.
• Provide superior customer service to blood donors, sponsor groups, and internal/external customers.
