Job summary

Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales professional in California to drive regional KPIs and expand shelf presence. You will manage displays, promotions, and in-store education to grow the Spindrift brand across grocery and natural channels.

The role requires 1–5 years in beverage/CPG sales, strong relationship-building with retailers, and a willingness to travel. Competitive compensation and benefits support a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods.
• Sales experience in Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug sectors.
• Proven sales success track record.

Responsibilities

• Own the 'number' mentality - deliver on the region's KPIs.
• Sell and execute incremental display space throughout assigned territory.
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise product and displays to drive sales growth.
• Drive consumer awareness of the brand through point-of-sale materials and in-store promotions.
• Educate consumers in stores on what makes our brand the best in the category.
• Ensure quality, rotate product and remove damaged packages.
• Maintain organization and proper rotation of back stock.
• Accurately and expertly utilize CRM applications to chronicle daily activities and display execution.
