Job summary

Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a results-driven Field Sales Representative to expand our distributor network and drive growth in assigned markets.

You will own regional KPIs, execute displays, and build brand awareness through in-store demos and promotions. The role requires 1–5 years in beverage or CPG, strong communication, ability to travel, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods.
• Sales experience in Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug.
• Proven sales success track record.

Responsibilities

• Own the number mentality - deliver on KPIs for the region.
• Sell and execute incremental display space throughout assigned territory.
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise product and displays to drive sales growth.
• Drive consumer awareness of the brand through point-of-sale material and in-store promotions.
• Educate consumers in stores on what makes our brand the best in the category.
• Maintain quality, rotate product and remove damaged packages.
• Accurately and expertly utilize CRM applications to chronicle daily activities and display execution.
