Job summary

Spindrift is seeking a field sales professional to own the brand in the designated California/Sacramento region. The role focuses on delivering regional KPIs, expanding display space, and driving growth through strategic in-store execution.

You will educate retailers and consumers about Spindrift’s real-fruit beverages, build lasting relationships, and manage daily CRM updates. Expect travel, weekends, and a fast-paced startup environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods sales.
• Ability to travel, lift up to 20 lbs, and manage demos and displays.
• Proven track record in growing shelf space and in-store promotions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own regional KPIs and deliverables for the brand.
• Sell and implement incremental display space in the territory.
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise to drive sales growth.
• Drive consumer awareness via point-of-sale materials and promotions.
• Educate in stores about what makes the brand best in its category.
• Maintain stock quality, rotation, and back-stock organization.
• Use CRM to chronicle daily activities and display execution.
• Build positive retailer relationships and schedule weekly visits.
