Job summary

Spindrift is seeking a proactive sales professional to own regional KPIs and drive in-store growth. You will secure incremental display space, optimize shelf layout, and lead consumer education initiatives to elevate the brand in groceries and natural channels.

You will manage retailer relationships, provide consistent follow-up, and collaborate with accounts on weekly visits to grow the business while thriving in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods
• Experience selling through Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug channels
• Proven sales success track record

Responsibilities

• Own the number and deliver on the region's KPIs.
• Sell and execute incremental display space throughout the territory.
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise product and displays to drive sales growth.
• Drive consumer awareness of the brand through in-store promotions.
• Educate consumers in stores on what makes the brand the best in the category.
• Maintain product quality, rotate stock and remove damaged packages.
• Accurately use CRM to chronicle daily activities and display execution.
• Build rapport with key store contacts to secure incremental display space.
• Service assigned accounts with consistent follow-up (8–12 stops/day).
• Schedule weekly account visits based on business needs and partner with customers to drive growth.
