Job summary

Spindrift is seeking a driven sales professional to own the Georgia region, executing in-store promotions and maximizing display opportunities. You will build strong retailer relationships, manage shelf space, and drive brand growth through effective merchandising and CRM tracking.

The role requires 1–5 years in beverage/CPG sales, exceptional communication, and willingness to travel primarily within the territory. A competitive salary and robust benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of beverage or consumer goods sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends when needed.
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the number mentality and deliver KPIs for the region.
• Sell and execute incremental display space across territory.
• Optimize shelf space and merchandise displays to drive growth.
• Drive consumer awareness through in-store promotions.
• Educate retailers and secure incremental display opportunities.
• Maintain product rotation and rotate stock; ensure quality.
• Record daily activities and display executions in CRM.
