Eagle Distributing is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow sales in the Norfolk, NE region. You will work directly with retail accounts to build customer relationships, expand product distribution, optimize product placement, and identify opportunities to grow sales across Eagle’s portfolio.

The role emphasizes visiting accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and executing sales strategies with promotional programs to support revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous sales or account management experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Visit assigned retail accounts to manage sales, inventory, pricing, and product placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.

• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions within the assigned territory.

• Attend sales meetings to review performance, market activity, and sales opportunities.
• Represent Eagle Distributing at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Eagle’s products, pricing, promotions, and sales programs.
